Pre-order Policy

Occasionally, Volution Cards and Collectables will put up items for Preorder. These items allow customers to pre-purchase items coming out in the future to ensure that they secure release day stock without the worries of missing out.

As product release dates can sometimes change, please check the product's estimated release dates on their product pages.

By placing your order you acknowledge & agree to these terms. 

• If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching.

• The release date provided is from our distributor. This occasionally can change without notice due to stock, shipping and any other unforeseen circumstances.

• If you're wanting in-stock items shipped to you straight away, please place separate orders. If you have placed an order that contains both in-stock and pre-order items and want the in-stock items straight away, please contact us so we can arrange this. Additional shipping costs will apply.

• Pre-ordered items will be shipped on the day of release, as we are not permitted to ship them any earlier. We cannot ship them early for you to receive them on release day as we're not allowed. Sometimes there can be delays in receiving such products with the current shipping delay situations occurring with Australia Post and couriers. In such situations, customers should remain patient as we will ship your items as soon as they arrive.

• If you would like to cancel your pre-order please contact our support team via email and  we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate your request. In most circumstances pre-orders can be cancelled within 3 days from the time of order, except when the release date is within 3 business days.
